·         Responsible for all aspects of IS for the casino resort, as well as a truck stop, RV resort, 2 motels, ministorage, an RV park, and a beef jerky plant. 

·         Reduced operational budget by over 10% in 2009 by reevaluating/renegotiating maintenance contracts and purchases.

·         Engineered an Active Directory restructure, reducing the 8 domain/4 forest architecture to 3 domain/single forest, easing management and resource sharing.

·         Onsite specialist in all enterprise level applications.

·         Centralized datacenter for casino, travel center, and RV resort, reducing space and power requirements as well as security concerns.

·         Managed Telecommunications staff and equipment, including Nortel Option 61c and Option 11c PBX’s, as well as Nortel HMS400 voicemail system.

·         Wrote annual budget for operating and capital expenses in excess of $2M annually. 

·         Interviewed and hired new employees. 

·         Evaluated, praised, and disciplined staff of up to 18. 

·         Migrated backup solution and antivirus software to a single platform across all businesses, simplifying support and licensing.

·         Consolidated email hosting for the casino, travel center, and RV resort on Exchange 2010.

·         Project Manager for replacing our travel center’s POS/pump controller systems, reducing POS software for fleet and retail sales to one system and meeting PCI compliance.
